Tunbridge Wells

We spent Bank Holiday Monday in Tunbridge Wells, visiting our favourite places. We love it, possibly because it reminds us of Brighton in the good old days. At the Fairfax Gallery we saw three memorable pieces: ‘Dancer’ by Carol Peace, ‘Cloud Over Low Ground’ by Mark Johnston and ‘Kandybow Ketchup’ by John Marshall. Mr PWP insisted on inspecting every inch of the Trevor Mottram catering emporium, we were meeting friends so he had to hurry. We admired the beautiful displays in the Country Store and Gardening Shop in the Pantiles and vowed to return soon.
