Mr PWP thinks all this media coverage will go to my head...
I am very pleased that the June edition of Coast Magazine '10 Things to do This Month' includes my painting of the red hut at Rye Harbour with the heading 'Buy A Coastal Painting' and ends with a link to my website. Hits have doubled since it came out.

Exhibiting at The Glass House, Eastbourne is fun.
Predictably I have bartered paintings with Ruth and her 'Brighton Pavilion' is coming to live with us.
My photo makes it look small - it's large, very large.
I'm sure I will find a spot for it...

Visiting the Jerwood Gallery was a great motivator.
There are small paintings drying on every surface.
Waiting to hear from an exhibition I applied for.
Plus new Galleries interested in works both 'Nautical' and 'Hounds'.
Photography and celebratory film of studio life underway.

Controversial throughout its planning stage, the new Jerwood Gallery in Hastings is finally open.
The reviews in the Guardian have proved interesting
We visited yesterday.
Our verdict - we love it, well worth a trip.
Inside a host of beautiful paintings including the very special 'Frances Rose 2' by Maggi Hambling, 'Amy' by Winifred Nicholson, plus works by Prunella Clough, Anne Redpath and William Scott.

Last week I was commissioned to paint a brindle greyhound portrait.
My monoprints are essentially line drawings, 'brindle' is a mixture of rust, brown, black - tricky.
I dusted down my watercolours and painted three portraits of the same dog, called Bliss.

Since December I have been selling advertising in The Guide, the South East Open Studios, regional visual arts directory. Finally it has gone to press, hurrah.
Back in the Studio and time for something completely different...
Pointy Nosed Dogs, Lino Cut.
Would anyone like to recommend me a print book?
