Escape to the Country
Each June visitors flock to see artist studios as part of South East Open Studios. This year sculptor Karen Holbrook in Wartling and I signed up to open our Studios and have formed a treasure trail with other independent traders.
Called ‘Escape to the Country’ our trail helps you discover hidden gems within the Herstmonceux and Wartling Parish. Venues include the Truggery, Malthouse, Arts Hut, Windmill, Sussex Tipis, Art Barn, Lamb Inn, Wartling Place and Chilley Farm Shop. Through working together, we are offering a wonderful day out, rich in natural beauty, heritage and culture. Web links opposite.
