Not one, but both Bernards have left the building. These early cattle paintings were exhibited in June 2008 at my first South East Open Studio, so I am a little sad to see them go. Bernard is actually a girl, who grazes near Herstmonceux Castle, named by one of my customers after the character in Black Adder.
