The renovation of Arts Hut continues with our decorators finishing off the upstairs Sitting Room. Originally fitted with a lime green plastic chimney breast, secret cupboards and a neck crunching low ceiling - we went up into the roof. One skip and two steel beams later, the room is now twice the height. The ceiling is painted Aged White and the walls China Cup.

ReplyDeleteI could make a pun about the 'aged white' paint but who am I to say anything when I'm thinking about attaching my glasses to a string around my neck because I need them so often now! :)
ReplyDeleteI can be a bore on the subject of white paint! Crown Aged White is brilliant for interiors, so soft against our 1727 gnarled beams. Flake White by Fired Earth is great for picture frames. China Cup is green white, great if your room looks out over a garden.
